How is the price calculated?
Using the real road distance, the estimated loading and driving time, the van size and any extras you choose (helpers, floors without a lift, assembly, packing). The calculator shows you the breakdown.
Is the calculator price final?
It’s an estimate. Before the job we confirm a fixed price based on the actual load and access details.
How far in advance should I book?
For small jobs, a day or two is usually enough. For home moves we recommend a week, especially at the end of the month. If it’s urgent, call us and we’ll check availability.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, subject to availability. Tick the urgent option in the calculator or call us to confirm straight away.
Does the driver help with loading? What about stairs?
The driver helps with loading and unloading. For heavy items or floors without a lift, you can add one or two helpers and enter the floors in the calculator.
